You are NOT meant to carry this weight on your own — let Jesus help you! He tells you, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest!".
It's time to surrender all your burdens and come to Jesus! God sees your pain, your oppression, and your cry caused by the heavy burdens of this life. He knows you have tried time and time again to do everything right — support your family, stay on top of your job, maintain your relationships with your spouse, kids, family, and friends, and deal with everything else day in and day out — and you are exhausted and possibly burnt out!
We are not meant to do life alone! We are not meant to be self-reliant thinking that if we just work harder, longer, and figure everything out, then we'll finally achieve success.
We are created for His purpose and it's only through Him that we can accomplish it.
It's through the surrendering of our lives to Him that we can finally find the purpose and the rest our souls need. We were created for His glory!
The purpose of this life is to see Him, accept Him, and get to know Him—that's all. As we journey through life, we cling to Him, knowing that He is with us and for us in every circumstance, from the little seemingly insignificant things to the most remarkable ones. Through all of life's experiences, He is shaping our hearts and preparing us for the real-life He has in store for us.
What is that real life?
It's a forever life with Him! In His glory, where there will be no more tears, no more pain, no more sorrow, and no more death. It's a life that no eye has seen or ear has ever heard — it is beyond our imagination, the magnificent future that He has prepared for us.
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Rev 21:4
The Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor 2:9
Whatever good you think you are working toward to achieve a good life here, that is absolutely nothing, but a filthy rag compared to the life you will have in Christ!
Listen!
He sees you, just as He saw the Israelites enslaved in Egypt. Pay attention to His words, for this is what He is telling you today:
"And the Lord said: I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey." Exodus 3:7-8
He sees your oppression, your cry, your sorrow!
Jesus left His heavenly glory and came down to deliver you from all your cries and oppression — He went to the cross to die for your sins. He was buried and rose again, just like the Bible says, to "bring you UP" into a better life - that life is a glorious eternal life with Him. He is coming back for His Church to deliver us! That is after His resurrection the most amazing event the world will ever experience: the rapture of His Church, which is about to happen very soon!
This was His promise before He left:
"Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know." John 14:1-4
He left to prepare a heavenly glorious place for us, and He will come again to take us there, where we will live with Him forever! DO NOT LET YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED, BELIEVE IN HIM, SURRENDER YOUR BURDENS AND REST!!
