When Jesus said, 'No one knows about the day and the hour,' He was clearly talking about the rapture. The world will know the exact day of the Second Coming of Christ.
When you see the Antichrist sitting in the temple to be worshiped, set an alarm for 1,290 days! In Matthew 24:36, Jesus was clearly talking about the rapture. We may not know the exact day and hour, but we will know the season. He had just finished talking about the parable of the fig tree, which points to the season - He is highlighting it!
"Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!
Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away."
(Mat 24:23-35)
After discussing the parable of the fig tree, Jesus went on to describe what the season of the rapture will look like, using the days of Noah as an example. "
But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark." Matthew 24:37-38
I can guarantee you that close to the end of the great tribulation, people will not be drinking and marrying as if nothing is happening - instead, they will be barely surviving the wrath of God!
Before the second coming, the world will have gone through wars, droughts, pestilences, economic disasters, earthquakes reshaping the earth, meteor strikes, demonic locusts, seas turned to blood, fresh drinking water turned to blood, and the sun and moon ceasing to give their light! More than half of the world's population will be killed. During these catastrophic events, I guarantee you nobody will be thinking about drinking or marriage - only surviving!
The Book of Revelation says that days will be shortened, otherwise, no one will survive!
According to the book of Daniel, there will be a period of 1,290 days between the "abomination of desolation" and the Second Coming of Christ. This means that the world will know the very day of the Second Coming, as foretold by Daniel. The 'abomination of desolation' is when the Antichrist will set up an image of himself in the temple in Jerusalem and demand that he be worshipped as God. This event will mark the beginning of the Great Tribulation, a time of unprecedented suffering and destruction.
"And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days." Daniel 12:11
It is clear from biblical prophecy that there are two separate future appearances of Christ. The first will be the rapture of the saints, and the second will be when Jesus comes for the second time to earth to bring an end to the reign of sin and death on earth and will establish His eternal kingdom.
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness, He judges and makes war." (Revelation 19:11)
The Rapture is real and is NOT the Second Coming of Christ!
Don't get left behind! Get ready and be ready! We're in the season, He's coming! Keep looking up!
Believe Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins, He was buried and resurrected during the third day so that we can have eternal life with Him.
The moment you believe in Him and that He died for your sins - you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready!
The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you.
He will help, guide, change, and be with you FOREVER!
