The Heavens Declare The Glory of God

God continually declares His glory, work, creation, and action in the heavens - His history is written in the sky. When Jesus instructs us to "Look UP," could He possibly be telling us not just to be aware and ready for His coming, but also to search for His signs in heaven? Look up and search!

"The heavens declare the glory of God, And the firmament shows His handiwork." (Psalms 19:1)

The Bible is clearly stating that the heavens and nature are designed to reveal the magnificence of God.

The words "are declaring" and the sky "is proclaiming" are expressed in the present tense, indicating that He is day to day declaring in the heavens His creative work. It is a perpetual manifestation. His wonders in the sky are intended to remind us consistently what a remarkable Creator He truly is.

On His first coming the wise men followed a start to the house where Jesus and Mary were and presented gifts to Him. His birth was clearly marked in heaven for the kings to find Him.

"And behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him." (Mat 2:9-11)

In Luke 21 Jesus is definitely pointing us to see the heavens to look up for our redemption. “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars." (Luke 21:25)

"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:28)

Many watchers are looking in the constellations, stars, nebulas, planets, and clusters, for special signs in heaven, including myself. It's been an astonishing experience, regardless if we're right or wrong about the stories we're seeing — it's all about the journey that we embark on to get to know Him better.

With everything happening around us, there is no better time to look up and search the skies and be lost in His outstanding creation!

It's time to look up and search for HIM!!

Now is the time to believe that the creation was not a random occurrence, but a purposeful and meticulously crafted masterpiece by an incredible God who took on human form as Jesus. He willingly suffered the agonizing death on the cross to save us from our sins, and three days later, He rose from the dead, to give us eternal life and the opportunity to enjoy His glorious creation alongside Him forever.

He is coming back for His Church! Be ready!! Believe in HIM!
