You may wonder how God allows wars, earthquakes, sickness, and all this horror. But that's the wrong question. The right question is why has He endured 6,000 years of hatred and apathy from His people? Why did He allow His Son to be murdered for you and me?
What God reveals is that He is a just and fair God. The payment for sin is death, and there is a real place called Hell—an eternity away from Him.
(Romans 6:23)
We don't deserve anything from Him. If we were in a court of law this is the moment that we would be taken to prison to pay a life sentence for all the crimes we committed, but Jesus steps in to take our place -- to pay for everything we've done - so we can walk out of that room as - FREE people!!
He's longing for everyone to come to Him, for us to repent and believe that as a good Father, He loves us, and wants the best for us! You just have to believe in Him!
To get an answer to your question, you must humble yourself before God and acknowledge that you will never be able to understand it all. We don't have His mind, our thoughts are not His thoughts, - we don't understand His ways, because they are simply higher than ours. (Isaiah 55:8-9)
I know this is a silly example, but how can you explain to your dog that he can't run freely throughout the neighborhood? Will he ever be able to understand it? No, he will only learn to submit to you when you call him.
That's all he can do, he can only trust you.
It's the same here - we receive Jesus by faith. We learn to trust in Him without having all the answers because then it wouldn't be faith, but simply imperfect human logic. Once we take that step to decide to believe in Him, He will unfold and reveal things to us, making us understand His way as we go, as we grow in Him, and as He works in us — not before.
He's sitting in heaven and has the full picture, we're on earth looking to our "right now". This life is only a fraction of eternity, His mind is looking at your final destination, our eternity with Him - while ours is looking at our next "paycheck".
We need to set our minds on things above, He died to give us eternal life! Our present sufferings cannot compare to the glory that we will have in Him. This life will soon be over.
If you could put all your anger, your pain, your logic, and your pride aside for a moment and humble yourself and become AS a little child - you will see Him, He is right there waiting for you! He wants to save you, restore you, and love you!
“Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 18:3)

The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you - He will help you, guide you, change you, and be with you FOREVER!
