Trials may not be easy, but they are designed for one purpose, which will become fully evident when we see Jesus face to face! At that moment, they will all be worth it.
Just like gold is purified in fire, our hearts will be fully ready to give Him all praise, honor, and glory!
"That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it is tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ." ( 1 Peter 1:7)
It's so hard to embrace our hardships, but Peter assures us that the trials of our faith are much more precious than gold, which eventually loses value, gets lost, or is destroyed. Our faith has eternal value, endures forever, and is the very thing that we take to heaven! Without faith, it is impossible to please God! We know how important it is for Him, as it is how we can receive salvation - by believing in Jesus!
"But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." Heb 11:6
That faith needs to be of high quality/purity, and it needs to be tested. God needs to remove all doubts, insecurities, uncertainty, and hesitancy from it. The only way to do this is to allow trials to test it and allow Him to purify us through the process, just like gold is refined in a furnace to remove any impurities.
These trials are not random, they are precisely designed and tailored individually by the enemy and allowed by God to bring us to a point where our faith achieves its highest level of purity.
What is left in it is no doubts, complaints, or insecurities, but praise, honor, and glory at the "appearance of Jesus Christ". The reward at that moment when He comes from His Church, after experiencing all these trials, will be our eternal life with Jesus.
Embrace the fire, embrace the refiner, and allow Him to consume and purify you!!
"I wanna be tried by fire Purified You take whatever you desire Lord here's my life"
This is true faith! Believe Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins, He was buried and resurrected during the third day so that we can have eternal life with Him.
The moment you believe in Him and that He died for your sins - you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready!
The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you - He will help, guide, change, and be with you FOREVER!
