QUOTES

Updated: Apr 28

In Scripture, God has described Himself to us in great detail. How can you recognize or understand God's meaning in an experience if you are unfamiliar with who He says He is? What can you do today to begin to know God better?

We are to proclaim the biblical message from God and do it in genuineness, knowing our God is watching.

"It is sad not to love, but it is much sadder not to be able to love." ~ Miguel de Unamuno

"Worry is interest paid on trouble before it comes due." ~ William Ralph Inge

"Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul." ~ Wayne Dyer

When you and I allow God to turn our mess into our message, He not only changes our lives, but He changes the lives of others too.

Sometimes the most silent heroes are the ones who make the biggest impact.

The Unsung Hero

Strength is not always loud, sometimes it is found in the quiet determination of individuals.

The Unsung Hero

True heroism lies in the sacrifices made behind the scenes, away from the limelight.

The Unsung Hero

Every unsung hero has a story that the world needs to hear.

The Unsung Hero

In the darkest moments, ordinary people can find extraordinary strength within themselves.

The Unsung Hero

The world may not always acknowledge their efforts, but unsung heroes continue to shine in their quiet way.

The Unsung Hero

A true hero is not defined by recognition but by character and selflessness.

The Unsung Hero

It takes immense courage to do what is right, even when no one is watching.

The Unsung Hero

Some heroes do not wear capes, but the weight of the world rests upon their shoulders.

The Unsung Hero

Behind every great moment, there is an untold story of those who made it possible.

The Unsung Hero

Heroes are not born, they are shaped by the choices they make when faced with adversity.

The Unsung Hero

Unsung heroes don't seek glory; their virtuous deeds speak louder than any praise.

The Unsung Hero

The world is full of unsung heroes who quietly change lives with their kindness.

The Unsung Hero

Heroes are ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

The Unsung Hero

The unsung heroes are the threads that hold society together, silently weaving a tapestry of hope and inspiration.

The Unsung Hero

In a world that craves attention, the unsung hero quietly becomes the voice of reason.

The Unsung Hero

The true strength of a hero lies in their ability to uplift others without expecting anything in return.

The Unsung Hero

Unsung heroes are the unsung melodies that resonate in the hearts of countless souls.

The Unsung Hero

A hero is not defined by fame or fortune but by their genuine desire to make a difference.

The Unsung Hero

The world needs more unsung heroes, to remind us of the power of compassion and empathy.

The Unsung Hero

The unsung hero is the light that guides us through the darkness, without ever seeking the spotlight.

The Unsung Hero

True heroism is not a title, but a state of mind fueled by integrity and selflessness.

The Unsung Hero

Unsung heroes are the backbone of society, the silent pillars that hold us all together.

The Unsung Hero

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but their impact is immeasurable.

The Unsung Hero

The greatest heroes are those who inspire others to become heroes themselves.

The Unsung Hero

In a world full of noise, the unsung hero whispers hope into the hearts of those who need it most.

The Unsung Hero

Unsung heroes shine like stars in the vastness of the universe, silently lighting our way forward.

The Unsung Hero

It is in the quietest of moments that heroes are born, rising above their circumstances with unwavering determination.

The Unsung Hero

Unsung heroes are the symphony of humanity, playing the notes of compassion, bravery, and selflessness.

The Unsung Hero

May the stories of unsung heroes be a reminder that the world is still full of hope and goodness.

The Unsung Hero

The best thing we can do for our friends is to love them and point them to Jesus.

Among people’s greatest fears is that of abandonment. It’s engrained in us since we lost the fellowship of the Father in Eden.

We focus on our own dread of abandonment, but God’s Spirit is grieved by our absence. His Love is still with you, reach out to him.

I believe there are two options for America's future: judgment or revival. My prayer is that she will experience revival.

Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers- Garth Brooks

*Your mountains may be big, but your God is even bigger.

Godly sincerity concerning God's word is another characteristic with which the Lord desires to mark us by His grace. "For we are not, as so many, peddling the word of God; but as of sincerity…we speak." The manner in which we relate to the word of God is a high priority to our Lord. In the early church, some were already relating wrongly to God's word: "peddling the word of God." They were using the Scriptures for self-gain.

Why are we told to count the cost and do when it comes to Godly things like ministry and have such a hard time with doing it for one another? Lay down your life for a friend today...

Know clicks no unity! Avoid them...

This is a time in history when millions of us need to stand up for God, His glory, and His righteousness. It's a task only possible for those who are "more than conquerors through Him who loved us." Today, let God fully get into your life, and let Him fill you with all of the blessings and riches that are in Christ Jesus (Colossians 1:27). Get into the Word of God, study it, and let it soak into your soul. Let your heart come alive as you read this amazing revelation of God. And the more you do, the more you will continue to see that we are more than conquerors--not average--through Jesus Christ.

Want to bring focus to your life? Do what Jesus did. Go home, love your family, and take care of business! Your first mission field is under your roof. What makes you think they’ll believe you overseas if they don’t believe you across the hall?

There are no days when God’s fountain does not flow.

~Richard Owen Roberts~

It is strange how little use we make of the spiritual blessings that God gives us, but it is even stranger that we make such little use of God Himself. Though He is "our God," we scarcely give ourselves to Him, and we ask so little of Him.

from “Morning and Evening,” written by C.H. Spurgeon,

I am more impressed with someone who has, for instance, stayed with their spouse than someone who may have some huge ministry (not that you can't have both). But the key is to finish what we have started, and to finish it well, because if you run first place in a race for every lap except the last, it doesn't matter.

First the enemy challenged God's word

Then he challenged God's Love

and when that did not work he tried changing the word.

Verse by verse, line upon line, and precept upon precept!

Isaiah 28:10

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

Often times we make up our own God by picking and choosing what we like instead of submitting to the full counsel of the word and His love.

TAKE YOUR EYES OFF YOUR MATE AND CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD!

Only God can change you through the power of the Holy Spirit. It starts by Him filling you.....

Being committed to the Lord and enjoying His sweet fellowship will give you hope and strengthen your faith.

Give the love God gives to you away freely, abundantly, wisely, and with a grateful heart.

Ray Bently

If you placed the Old Testament and New Testament together, you could write obedience all the way through.

“Grace is getting another chance even though you haven’t earned it or deserve it.

(You may not even want it!)”

Fritz Ridenour

The Bible is not only a book which was once spoken

but a book which is now speaking.

~A.W.Tozer~

A true revival is to be looked for in the church of God.

~C.H. Spurgeon~

We have to remember the church is the individual believer and not the building itself. We don't go to church we are the church. In 1Corinthians 11 Paul said to examine your self concerning the Lord's supper. Let us, therefore, remain in communion with Him and always examine our selves.

….relax in the omnipotence of the Lord Jesus; look up into His lovely face and as you behold Him, He will transform you into His likeness. You do the beholding, He does the transforming. There is no shortcut to holiness.

~Alan Redpath

The call of God is not just for a select few but for everyone. Whether I hear God’s call or not depends on the condition of my ears, and exactly what I hear depends upon my spiritual attitude.

YOU'LL SEE GREATER CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU STOP APPLAUDING SERMONS AND START APPLYING THEM. IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO LISTEN, YOU HAVE TO LEARN.

Around the world Christians are persecuted, because they're a part of the Church. Discomfort is expected & strengthens their faith. In the U.S. people walk away from the Church, because things don’t go their way. Discomfort shocks us & crushes our faith. We have a lot to learn.

Promoting self under the guise of promoting Christ is currently so common as to excite little notice. A.W. Tozer

OSWALD CHAMBERS

There is no allowance whatever in the New Testament for the man who says he is saved by grace but who does not produce the graceful goods. Jesus Christ by His Redemption can make our actual life in keeping with our religious profession.

OSWALD CHAMBERS

Faith never knows where it is being led, but it loves and knows the One Who is leading.

God not only wants our lives characterized with godly sincerity toward His word, He desires to mark our lives with godly sincerity in general. "We conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity…and more abundantly toward you." As the Apostle Paul and his missionary team evangelized throughout the known world, and as they ministered among the churches, they functioned in both arenas with simple, Christlike genuineness.
