People are lonely, people are desperate, and people want to know the love of God. People want to know the plan of God for them, but all they need to do is be in the word, trust the Lord, and listen to Him. Unless you surrender your life, unless you are born from above, born again –

The church is made up of fallen human beings “re-parented” and re-taught how to love and live. Our true humanity, the people we are meant to be, is being restored through the work of the Holy Spirit.
Darkness doesn’t separate us from God. David wrote in the Psalms, “I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night—but even in darkness I cannot hide from you” (Psalm 139:11-12 NLT). There is no escaping His presence.

Victory is about examining the seeds that have been scattered in your mind and not letting them take root. It’s about pulling up and throwing away the thoughts that do not coincide with the heart of God. It’s about changing the way you think.
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you which lies you’re believing. Ask Him to be specific. Are you having any of the following thoughts?
I’ll never change. I’ll feel better if I sin. The gospel doesn’t really work. I’m not worth much. No one loves me. No one believes in me. I deserve to be bitter. I deserve to be filled with rage. I am my failure. I am my addiction. I’ll always be this way.
None of those thoughts came from God! Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd of
John 10 and Psalm 23.
The enemy doesn’t have the power to think your thoughts for you; he only has the power to toss seeds at you. What are you going to do with them? What you think is important! Victory can be yours in Christ Jesus!

Make sure your understanding of goodness, righteousness, and truth is shaped by Scripture. It would be easy to fill in the meaning of these words with your own hunches or with whatever is trendy in the culture. “The light that shines from the Crucified is a light…which both illuminates the obscurity of being and overcomes the darkness of nonbeing.” — Nicolas Berdyaev

If God is calling you to do something for Him, expect to be tested. Temptation is a test of your true character. Literally, it is a proving of the heart -- a demonstration of your inner motives. It challenges your convictions and exposes your weaknesses. But it serves an important purpose.

"GOD HAS PROMISED TO SUPPLY ALL YOUR NEEDS, AND HIS WORD CAN'T LIE AND CAN'T FAIL. THEREFORE, WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE NOW, YOU DON'T NEED NOW!" IT'S BETTER TO BE SLAPPED WITH A BITTER TRUTH THAN TO BE KISSED WITH A SWEET LIE!
EVERYONE CAN'T GO WHERE GOD IS SENDING YOU NEXT. HE WILL EVEN REMOVE YOUR FAVORITES TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE YOUR FAVOR. TRUST HIM, OBEY HIM, AND THANK HIM!
