QUOTES

“Grace is getting another chance even though you haven’t earned it or deserve it. (You may not even want it!)”—Fritz Ridenour

Our birthright does not include pain-free living. Only those who understand that this world languishes under a curse will marvel at its beauty despite that curse.

Randy Alcorn

Our hope is fortified by knowing the Prince of Peace is coming to right wrongs and rule with

righteousness.

Spiritual warfare is inevitable. Good thing we have the whole armor of God to fortify our hope

in Him (Ephesians 6:10-12).

Hope in the Lord is fortified as we encounter Him on the pages of Scripture.

Hope is fortified at the Fountain Gate realizing that He dwells within us, our Comforter.

You are being transformed, changed from glory to glory. He will complete the work; you will awake in eternity in His likeness.

Christianity isn’t one of many ways to salvation. Jesus Christ is the only way, truth, and life - from

eternity to eternity.

“In every heart, then, there is a ‘Little King Herod’ that wants to rule and that is threatened by anything that may compromise its omnipotence and sovereignty. Each of us wants to be the captain of our own soul, the master of our own fate” (Hidden Christmas, p. 68). Dr. Tim Keller

Without faith we are not fit to desire mercy. ~William Gurnall~

God has ambitious plans for us. The same one who saved your soul longs to remake your heart. His plan is nothing short of a total transformation. Colossians 3:10 reminds us, “You have begun to live the new life, in which you are being made new and are becoming like the One who made you. This new life brings you the true knowledge of God.” Let’s fix our eyes on Jesus! Perhaps in seeing him, we will see what we can become.

We are too eager to pick up the sword and start swinging. Not only are we incapable of such matters, we really have no business taking the offensive. 2 Chronicles 20:15 says that the battle belongs to the Lord. Paul commands us to pick up the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), but that's not a weapon against people--it's the Word of God that penetrates our very souls. We are to pick up God's Word, read it, and share it with others. Instead of relying on your own strength and your own timing, trust in our Lord's timing and in His supernatural ability to come to your aid.

Use Discernment

A man may have the tongue of an angel and the heart of a devil.

~John Flavel~

What are you running from? Are you ashamed of Jesus Christ to the point that you walk away from Him, or neglect the things He has called you to be and to do? Or, are you the kind of person who stands up for righteousness and flees temptation and evil? There are only two ways to run; you're either going to serve sin or serve Jesus.

Prayer puts God’s work in His hands and keeps it there. ~E. M. Bounds~

Jesus Christ disturbs everything He confronts. ~George Barlow

Maybe you had a clear vision but something got in the way. The Lord is asking you right now if you would like His tender touch -- maybe for the second (or third or fourth) time. If so, just pray right where you are and simply ask Him to heal you and to shoulder whatever burden is weighing you down. He loves you so much and wants to bless you abundantly.

a little boy who was troubled one night by a thunderstorm. He cried out from his room, "Daddy! I'm scared!" The father responded, "Son, don't worry. God loves you, and He will take care of you."

The boy replied, "I know God loves me, but right now, I need someone with skin on."

Jesus is God with skin on. Jesus is God demonstrating His love for His own.

If you really want to know the Lord then seek him and He will meet you right where you are. His word has the answers you are looking for. Just remember Godliness is not a choice when judgment is the end result.

As the world keeps drowning in chaos setting the stage for the Antichrist, let's continue interceding for those who haven't turned to Jesus yet. Also, keep praying for Israel which is facing what could very well be the Ezekiel 38 war — and praying that God gives the Church revelation for the days we're living in!
