Life is better when we admit what we don’t know, realize our own moral status before God, and give up our made-up Right to Be Offended.
Aren't you tired of holding onto anger, evaluating other people, holding grudges, and being offended? We’re not built to carry those heavy burdens. We’re supposed to walk in peace and be free!

Freedom of expression doesn’t give you freedom from the consequences of your words or actions.
There are common questions Christians should ask
1. “Can you be a Christian and still . . . ?” (Fill in the blank.)
2. Does it build me up spiritually?
3. Does it bring me under its power?
4. Do I have an uneasy conscience about it? and
5. Could it cause someone to stumble?
the principal characteristics of the Old Covenant and the New Covenant. When the Lord wrote the message of His law upon stone tablets for Moses, He was prescribing the terms of the Old Covenant. "The LORD gave me the two tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant." When Jesus came into the world to die on the cross, the Lord was establishing the New Covenant. "This cup is the new covenant in My blood." From Passover to the cross Exodus 12:46/ Numbers 9:12 and John 19:31-34 and the Prophecy Psalms 34:20 In Luke 24:13-35 - On the Road to Emmaus Jesus says in verses 25-27, 25 He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?” 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.

It is doubtful whether God can bless a man greatly until he has hurt him deeply.

To have the presence of God with me is the greatest comfort in the world.

"I am a Bible Christian, and if an archangel were to come and offer me some new truth, I'd ask him for a reference." -A.W.Tozer.
Condemnation — the preferred commodity of Satan. He will repeat the adulterous woman scenario as often as you permit him to do so, marching you through the city streets and dragging your name through the mud. He pushes you into the center of the crowd and megaphones your sin: This person was caught in the act of immorality... stupidity... dishonesty... irresponsibility.
But he will not have the last word. Jesus has acted on your behalf.
CS Lewis
No matter what your story of failure is, Jesus’ payment on the Cross covers it. No matter how many times you’ve embarrassed yourself by sinning outrageously, Jesus looks at you with compassion. He stoops for you.
Has God called you to serve Him in some capacity? Maybe He has spoken to your heart and said, “I want you to serve Me with the gifts that I have given you.” But you’re saying, “I would love to, but I am so busy here. I have this business. I have this passion. Respond to His call.
“Leadership in the kingdom of God is from the bottom up, not a grasping, controlling, or lording it over others. It is leading out of failure and pain, questions, and struggles—a serving that let's go,” writes Peter Scazzero.
Spiritually —and emotionally—healthy people are humble because they allow themselves to be real, broken, vulnerable, and to let go because Jesus did.
Long ago, God promised a new covenant of grace for His people Israel. "I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel." ( Jeremiah 31:31, 33-34 ) Some day, the Israelites will turn to Messiah as a group and enter into this promised covenant of grace. "And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: 'The Deliverer will come out of Zion, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; For this is My covenant with them when I take away their sins'" (Romans 11:26-27).
It is only living for Christ that is living at all.
"Doctrine is but the drawing of the bow. Application is hitting the mark!"
-Thomas Manton.
Sanctification in myself, and the ingathering of God's elect, was all my desire; and the hope of its accomplishment, all my joy.
