It takes faith to overcome fear. It is important to read and learn the lessons of faith from people who lived in perilous times in the Bible. What did the saints of old do in times of crisis? They faced many difficult trials and tribulations, but they had this one thing in common––their faith in God. They are written examples. Knowing their stories, and their lives of faith will help us to grow in our faith.
Although we run to win, we must not compete with each other. God gives each of us our own lane, a course to follow. We run for the sake of giving our best to the One who gave His best for us.
