Virtue in Action

(2 Peter 1:5)

"For this very reason, make every effort to supplement

your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge."

Reflection: Virtue serves as the building blocks of a visible faith. It is not merely an abstract quality but a daily commitment to living out our faith through actions that reflect Christ's teachings. Virtue begins with moral excellence, which Peter sees as foundational—without

virtue, our faith remains incomplete. In this context, virtue is about making moral choices that reflect our commitment to God.

Application: Identify one area today where you can practice a virtue, such as honesty in your communications or courage in standing up for what is right. Record your experiences and reflect on how practicing this virtue affects your interactions and decisions.
