The Revelation of The Rapture

The revelation of the rapture was MADE BY JESUS 2,000 years ago TO HIS DISCIPLES during a secret "special event". In the same way, it will take place. It will be a private "invitation-only" event for HIS DISCIPLES! Keep looking up!

⌛Jesus discussed the rapture just hours before His crucifixion. Let's quickly examine "how" in John 13 and 14.

👉🏼This took place during the last Passover meal. All the disciples were gathered with Jesus, including Judas. It's crucial to note that Jesus said to Judas, "What you do, do quickly." Jesus was about to reveal His mysteries exclusively to His disciples. Judas couldn't be present because he wasn't one of them, so Jesus made him leave! On His final evening with His disciples, Jesus disclosed His most profound mysteries. The first revelation was the "Rapture of the Church".

👉🏼 The first thing Jesus does is emphasize the core of true discipleship because what He's about to reveal is only meant for His disciples. He said to them: "Love one another as I have loved you."

A genuine disciple is someone who loves the body of Christ just as Jesus loves us.

👉🏼He declares the end from the beginning.  He starts by explaining that He will soon be taken away, and they cannot follow Him immediately. However, He adds, "You will follow Me afterward."   His end marked our beginning! Our end is heaven because of His sacrificial death! At that moment, as He spoke those words, He was living the beginning of His end on earth.

📖"Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered him, “Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.”

Then He says:

📖“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

⭐Hint: "In My Father's House" clearly refers to heaven. In the second coming, Jesus is leaving heaven to establish His kingdom on earth for 1,000 years. Earth has never been the Father's House. We will be on Earth during this time.

🔓This was not a speech from someone facing imminent death trying to console His friends or disciples. It wasn't a "happy talk" meant to ease their sadness or depression.

Instead, it was a revelation—an unveiling of new information.

Jesus straightforwardly stated that He was going to prepare a place for us and would take us there! This revelation was in obedience to the Father and was not found in the Old Testament.

It was meant to be His revelation of the Rapture to be recorded in the New Testament— the Blessed Hope that Paul would later elaborate on.

👉🏼He follows His night of revelations, unveiling many others such as He is "The way, the truth, and the life," "He is in the Father and the Father is in Him," the promise of the Holy Spirit, the indwelling of the Father and Son in us, and us in them, and the true vine, among others. He is disclosing the rapture of the Church during this night along with all the rest of the revelations, 15-16 hours before His crucifixion— at the very last hour!

👉🏼Why do we know this is NOT His Second Coming ⁉️

Let's read His ascension in Acts:

📖" ...until the day in which He was taken up after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen." Acts 1:1-2

📖"... while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” Acts 1:9-10

Who was invited to this Ascension event?❓

👉🏼Were the unbelievers Sadducees, and Pharisees,  present to witness Christ's ascension? NO!

👉🏼Were the representatives of Rome there? NO!

👉🏼Were the skeptics or the fence-sitters invited to look for just one more sign that Jesus was the Messiah to get them on board with the program? NOO!

👉🏼The answer is that this invitation was ONLY for His disciples! It was a private "invitation-only" event!  As OPPOSED to the Second Coming where "every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him". Rev 1:7

🔊The rapture of the Church is a doctrine introduced by Jesus, NOT an idea invented by Tim Lahaye (Left Behind Series),

Scofield,

or John Nelson Darby.

DON'T LET THE ENEMY DECEIVE YOU! He will come back for us like how he went up, on the clouds, to His disciples, in this case, His Church. He'll be taking us to heaven where He is, just like He promised and like He revealed to Paul:

📖"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17)

🔊"Let not your heart be troubled!, Jesus spoke these words into a storm that arose in the Sea of Galilee and threatened the lives of all the disciples —  and He is speaking these words to us, the Church, as we navigate the troubled waters of this world in these final days. Jesus will come before the 7-year tribulation begins, to save us from His wrath and take us to the place He's preparing for His Church—Heaven.

Keep looking up! He's coming for us!

👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Believe Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins, He was buried and resurrected during the third day, according to the Scriptures, so we can have eternal life with Him.

The moment you believe in Him and that He died for your sins - you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready!

The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you - He will help you, guide you, change you, and be with you FOREVER!

📖"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."  Eph 2:8-9
