The Night Will Be Over Soon!

Church, we are coming out of the darkness! Our never-ending challenges, struggles, and trials will soon disappear.

Be ready! Jesus is coming!

He is standing on the shore in the morning after the night has passed! "But when the morning has now come, Jesus stood on the shore." John 21:4

Jesus was waiting for His disciples who had been fishing all through the night and had caught nothing. They were frustrated and disappointed. For them as fishermen, fishing was not just a hobby, but a means of providing for their families, so their lack of success was particularly disheartening.

That's probably how most of us feel right now – weary, tired, disappointed, and frustrated – like warriors seeking a breakthrough. The weight and darkness of this world are growing heavier by the second. We have been longing and waiting for Jesus, hoping He comes to rescue us from this wicked world.

The verse in John 21:4 states that "Jesus stood on the shore" when the morning came, indicating that He had moved to a more visible location - just like the sun when the morning comes. He didn't suddenly appear out of nowhere, but He was there with them during the night. The sun doesn’t stop shining at night, we just simply don’t see it - just like Jesus - He remains constant, but sometimes during the night we just can't feel His presence.

"Weeping may endure for a night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning". (Psalm 30:5)

When the disciples saw Jesus and helped them miraculously draw a multitude of fish - they were filled with amazing gratitude and wonder about His demonstration of power and authority after such a miracle.

The same awe and wonder we will experience when our Savior comes to redeem us and bring us into His eternal kingdom! No more sorrow, no more pain, for the former things have passed away!" And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." (Rev 21:4)

The night will be over soon! Keep looking up, keep waiting, He's coming SOON!!!!! It's time to get out of the darkness! It's time to swim to the shore towards Jesus!

Believe in Him, that He died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and resurrected. The moment you do, you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready! The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you, He will help you, guide you, change you, and be with you FOREVER! Run to Jesus, He is coming soon!!
