The Lion of the Tribe of Judah

At the end of this horrific 7 years of tribulation, Jesus will return in power to rescue His people, strike the nations, and judge the world in righteousness before He sets up His kingdom in Jerusalem and together with us, the Church, will rule the nations for 1,000 years.

After the fall of Babylon, our King Jesus in all His glory, splendor, and righteousness, will return ready for war. The nations will be gathered to fight against Him in Jerusalem in the battle of Armageddon.

This time He will come as the "Lion of the Tribe of Judah"!

The Second Coming is not the same as the Rapture of the church. In the rapture, (before the Tribulation), Jesus comes in the clouds (1 Th 4:17).

In the Second Coming, He comes and will stand on the Mount of Olives (Zech 14:4). He will come in glory and sovereignty to examine every soul, and to defeat His enemies once and for all, along with His army of angels and with us - the Church - to convict the ungodly.

It will be a unique day in the history of the world.

God’s enemies will be defeated, and the Antichrist and the false prophet will be “thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur”. After this victory, Jesus will set up His kingdom - the millennial kingdom - and He will reign on earth as He sits on David’s throne in Jerusalem for a thousand years.

Everyone who enters that kingdom will be redeemed by God and therefore righteous, which will be the Church - and those who survived the Tribulation.
