Don't quit. Someone is praying for you and you will make it through this.
God is on your side.
As you move into the New Year, ask God what parts of your busy schedule need to be pruned or cut back. Perhaps, like me, He has some new and exciting ventures waiting just around the corner, and He's waiting for you to make room in your life before He reveals them.
Truly, the Lord Jesus is the reason that we can answer the invitation to "come boldly to the throne of grace." His death on the cross opened the way for us to come into God's presence, allowing us to talk to Him directly in prayer. It is as though the Holy of Holies is now our family den. God is our Father, who delights to commune with His children as we pray to Him.
Once you've done all you can, God will do all you can't.
WHEN YOU COME TO TERMS WITH YOU CAN'T DO IT, GOD WILL...
When we are trapped in excessive planning and things don't work out the way we want, it can create anxiety, frustration, or anger towards God—all traps the enemy would love to use to discourage and distract us.
God's ways are higher than mine. And if I keep that truth above my planning, then I am open to go in whatever direction God leads.
The first thing on my agenda every day is to simply "pray."
He who has the friendship of the world is an enemy to God; but if you are true and faithful to the Most High, men will resent your uncompromising commitment, since it is a testimony against their iniquities.
Do not turn your back like a coward, but play the man. Follow boldly in your Master's steps, for He has made this rough journey before you. Better a brief warfare and eternal rest than false peace and everlasting torment.

Unity is the essence of the body of Christ.
~R. B. Kuiper~
People will always have different opinions and different perspectives, but we must come together with one vision and one goal, in order to accomplish the work of God. When you are flowing with the Holy Spirit and you are united, you trust each other.
In the New Year, we can either "veg out" or we can reach out. "Vegging out" is when we stop and just look back on what God has done. And that way we eventually become irrelevant. Instead, we should reach out and say, "Thank You for what You've done, but Lord, please do more in the future!"
If you're just sitting in the bleachers: Be a participant, not just an observer! The church needs all of us. If you're not utilizing your gifts within the church body, you're robbing the rest of us of your participation!
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
Seated upon the throne which rules this universe is the sovereign, holy Judge of all humanity. Yet, He is also the "God of all grace" (1 Peter 5:10). All who relate rightly to Him (through humble faith in Jesus Christ) can come boldly to that throne, praying with assurance that mercy and grace will be His response.
Christmas is over; Christ is not. In a few short days, we'll begin a whole new year of possibilities of what God might do. May God, by His Spirit, show us how our lives can be different, not just one day or one week a year, but the whole year. And may Christ be magnified in us, each and every day!
LEADING PEOPLE TO CHRIST IS NOT ENOUGH. WE NEED TO DISCIPLE THEM, LEAD THEM, AND TEACH THEM.
When life hands you lemons make lemonade or something good!

"What you get by achieving your goals is not nearly as important as what you become by achieving them."- Zig Ziglar
Everything we do should be governed buy one goal- to see Jesus Christ praised, exalted magnified, lifted up, and obeyed......Worship Matters
When God puts love and compassion in your heart toward someone, He’s offering you an opportunity to make a difference in that person’s life. You must learn to follow that love. Don’t ignore it. Act on it. Somebody needs what you have.
We’re on a collision course with destiny. We cannot afford to be indifferent as we wait for the soon coming of our Lord. Sorrow looks backward, worry looks around, but faith looks upward.

What can you do?
1. Be saved
Rom 10:9
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
2. Learn the word.
(BIBLE) Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth
3. Have a longing for the Lord.
Psa 107:9
For He satisfies the longing soul,
And fills the hungry soul with goodness.
4. Look for His coming.
Luk 21:28
“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
When your self-esteem sags—remember what you’re worth! Remember that you were bought with a price, not with something that ruins like gold or silver, but with the precious blood of Christ, the pure and perfect lamb.
Like a light in the darkness, a family of faith is like a beacon shining God’s love into a world that desperately needs to see it. Turning Point with Dr. David Jeremiah
Our society doesn't really have answers for all the problems we are facing in our country today. Ironically, our society seems to do everything it can to undermine the only one who can help us, and that is Jesus Christ.…
What does love look like to you? That is what you should be doing!
How do you exercise the authority God has given you? Is it to build people up and help them find their joy? These two objectives should be the focus of anyone involved in leadership.
Jesus came that our joy would be full. Whether in prison, shipwrecked, or beaten, never lose focus on the one who will bring you through it all.
Look to the Cross, and hate your sin, for sin nailed your Well-Beloved to the tree.
~C.H. Spurgeon~
“Darkness comes. In the middle of it, the future looks blank…But with God, nothing is impossible. He has more ropes and ladders and tunnels out of pits than you can conceive. Wait. Pray without ceasing. Hope.”—John Piper
We have to proclaim the bad news:
God judges sinners.
So we can proclaim the good news:
God forgives sin, in Christ.
Anything less is a false gospel.

IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD—
BURDENS have no choice but to lift
FEAR has no choice but to melt
CHAINS have no choice but to break
ADDICTIONS have no choice but to release
DARKNESS has no choice but to leave
THE ENEMY has no choice but to flee
Happiness is found in loving God and our neighbor. Loving others is God’s design and command. All He wants us to do, including personal sacrifices, is ultimately in our best interest. That’s true often in the present and always true in eternity.

When death comes, the tent called the body is laid aside as the spirit moves into a more permanent residence. As Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5, “For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands” (verse 1 NLT).
When you’re getting ready to go somewhere, your destination determines your outlook. For instance, if you’re going on vacation to Hawaii, you can hardly wait to get there. But if you’re going to the dentist, you’re dreading it.
