*Instead of making excuses, make changes.

Christ’s blood has value enough to redeem the whole world,

but the virtue of it is applied only to such as believe.

~Thomas Watson~

To be righteous is to align with God’s holy character in every facet of one’s being. This is the requirement for being in a relationship with God in this world and for gaining entry into Heaven. Awhile back, billionaire Warren Buffet transferred a huge chunk of his wealth to a charity started by billionaire Bill Gates. But in God’s economy, He transfers the immeasurable wealth of His righteousness to your “account” through Jesus Christ.

Christ’s blood has value enough to redeem the whole world,

but the virtue of it is applied only to such as believe.

~Thomas Watson~

"You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want."- Zig Ziglar

For every trial, comes a blessing. Do the blessings come right away? On our timing? No, they come on God's timing and God's timing, is perfect. For those days where you just feel like giving up remember: Everything in your life has happened for a reason, and God knows you'll be able to pull through.

“Sometimes in life, you find a special friend: someone who changes your life just by being part of it. Someone who makes you laugh until you can’t stop: Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world. Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it”

Every single thing that has happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come.

do you believe this?

A dairymaid can milk cows to the glory of God.

~Martin Luther~

There is nothing wrong with making plans for tomorrow, next month, or next year. But just remember, the Lord may change your plans. He, not you, is in control of your life.

How easily we slip back and burden ourselves with loads of unnecessary rules, laws, and social conventions. Somewhere in our attempts to be religious people, we forget that Jesus said, “ the truth will set you free.”Nowhere did God set down dress codes, music codes, building codes, social conventions, or lists of rules upon which to hang our salvation. Jesus hung on the cross.

That was enough. Live according to the word of God, His law...

some are like the Dead Sea, always receiving but never giving because their relationship is not right with the Lord Jesus.

It is not enough for us to love Jesus alone. Our relationship has to be two-fold horizontal and vertical. Love God with all your heart and soul and love your neighbor as your self.

Anytime you choose to rise above your circumstances, it changes the trajectory of your life.

Scott Hamilton

“We deserve eternal shame and contempt because of our sin, but he [Jesus] took all that shame upon himself, and made this wonderful exchange.”

~C.H. Spurgeon~

“When a man purposes to serve God, the devil aims, to make sure it doesn’t happen. Don’t give him that win, by remaining faithful to Him.

R.C.Sproul.

A “church” that baptizes unrepentant sinners and endorses sin isn’t a church but a synagogue of Satan.

It’s time to stop obsessing over your failures. You are fearfully and wonderfully made… and mistakes are the rule, not the exception. Understand that you are God’s beloved and He doesn’t see your mistakes when He looks at you.

"To love God is the greatest of virtues; to be loved by God is the greatest of blessings."— Portuguese Proverb

"The devil knows your name but calls you by your sin. God knows your sin but calls you by your name."— Ricardo Sanchez

Man is so needy, and God has so much to give. The needs of man could hardly be overstated. The resources of God could only be understated. Words like emptiness and deficiency describe humanity. Words like fullness and abundance describe our God.

The Good Shepherd will never lead us astray. We can trust our Heavenly Shepherd to lead us into green pastures and clean, refreshing pools of water to nourish our souls.

We’re saved by grace alone through a genuine belief in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

HOW YOU SEE YOUR FUTURE IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT YOU SAW IN YOUR PAST. ISAIAH 43:16-21,

Perhaps you have been caught up in the restlessness of this world and you find yourself on a treadmill— always walking and never getting anywhere. The pressures of life have you full of worries and anxieties. Look at the path beneath your feet. Move yourself back to the old path. It is as easy as getting on your knees before God. Ask Him to forgive you for straying and to bring you back to a place of dependence and trust. Chuck Smith

It’s difficult to understand how people can think the Bible supports the prosperity gospel—the idea that God’s plan and purpose for every life includes being wealthy in the here and now. How do believers not see through this, given the clear words of Scripture? Jesus said, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions” (Luke 12:15). Cymbala

Are you willing to follow the Shepherd? Larger, deeper, stronger, higher. God pours His love into us. He causes our relationship with Him to grow, and with it, our view of life. Ray Bentley

God already has in His mind what He wants to do with the lump of clay that is you. Stay on the wheel. Yield to His touch. And watch the beauty He creates in you. Chuck Smith

We never need to be afraid to follow Him. The Good Shepherd will never lead us astray. We can trust our Heavenly Shepherd to lead us into green pastures and clean, refreshing pools of water to nourish our souls. We can trust in His love. Ray Bentley

God loves you. God's thoughts towards you are of peace, and He's using those circumstances to work out His eternal plan in you. Chuck Smith

Whatever blessings we receive are set before us right in front of those insidious enemies! It’s God’s way of defying them, of saying to them, no matter what you do, you are not welcome at this feast of life. Ray Bentley We Christians are all on the same team. If one hurts, we should all feel it; and if one is blessed, we should all rejoice. Cymbala

We assume God’s judgment should begin with those who do the greatest evil. But it doesn’t. It never has. It begins with us. And that’s been perplexing to God’s people throughout the ages. Larry Osborne

Disruption not only purifies us, it also brings us back to our knees, where we gain a closer relationship with our Father. Chuck Smith

As long as we have a grain of self–sufficiency, we will never trust in the All–Sufficient. While there is anything of self left, we prefer to feed on it. Only when our stale bread becomes too sour and too moldy for eating do we humbly ask for the bread of heaven to satisfy. Spurgeon

“Every victim of burnout will tell you that unhealthy patterns of living and working that they learned in their youth caused their downfall later in life.” — David Murray, Reset, 15.

We must refuse to lean upon the broken staff of human wisdom & cling to the gospel alone as the power of God to save a hardened humanity. Paul Washer If I am asked to say what is my creed, I think I must reply— “it is Jesus Christ.” Charles Spurgeon

Set NOT your hearts on the flowers of this world. They shall fade and die. Prize the Rose of Sharon & the Lily of the Valley. He changes not! Live nearer to Christ than to any person on this earth; so that when they are taken, you may have Him to love and lean upon. Robert M.M.

Don’t trust preachers that don’t trust the Bible.

As Christians, we can’t complain that prayer was removed from our schools, when we’re not even praying in our own homes. The greatest spiritual education for our kids begins at home.

A hopeless world needs Hope. His name is Jesus.

It’s humbling to think that Jesus can already see my failures of tomorrow, and yet, still wants to be my Savior of today.

Contrary to the narrative in the world today: You can disagree with someone, and still love them. You can have differing views, and still be kind. You can believe marriage is between a man and woman, and still not be a bigot. You can be pro-life, and still be pro-women.

The biggest issue people have with God is that they want to be God, instead of Him.
