God has perfectly designed every season on earth. There is “a time to search and a time to give up”. We're in a season of searching for Him, His knowledge, wisdom, and understanding — and time to LET GO of everything that hinders us from it and loosen our grip on THIS WORLD!
We need to recognize the season that we're living in. We stand on the threshold of one of the most significant periods in all of human history - the rapture of the Church!
Worldly possessions and the pursuit of a prosperous life here on earth mean absolutely nothing at this point. Our pursuit should be His face, His glory, and His presence. It's time to reconcile ourselves with the world, let go of our losses, and forgive all who have hurt us - so that we can move on – and finish cutting those last ties we still have with this world.
Let's take a look at Job and Joseph. Even after losing everything, Job remained faithful to God, declaring, 'Though He slay me, yet will I hope in Him' (Job 13:15). Similarly, as an old man, Joseph reflected on the losses he had suffered, including the injustices done to him, and recognized that God's purpose had been accomplished through them all. Although others had intended to harm Joseph, God had used each season of loss to bring His perfect plan into his life. (Genesis 50:15-21)
No matter what has happened in our lives on this earth, we can take comfort in the fact that every loss we have suffered has been used by God to bring His perfect purpose to our lives. Don't let the enemy tell you otherwise and play the "what if" scenarios, time to "throw away" his garbage, EVERYTHING worked for your good!! Every little and big thing!
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)
We need to let go of the mistakes and losses we had in our lives and look ahead to what is before us. We have the ultimate Hope - The Blessed Hope- in the fact that our King is coming, and this should be our main focus.
We need to seek His face with all our hearts and with all our souls, trusting that He will guide us through this last part of our lives. At the end of the day, nothing else truly matters.
In this season, let us lay down our burdens, worries, and losses - God turned everything for our good! LET GO OF THIS WORLD and SEEK the One who holds our future in His hands. Jesus is coming! Let's keep looking up!!
If you are not saved yet, it's time to believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for your sins, was buried, and rose again, transforming the losses in your life into riches in heaven. Nothing was in vain; everything had a purpose if you believe in Jesus. You will have eternal, purposeful life in Christ Jesus!!
