A Crown of Thorns on His Head And a Reed in his Right Hand

They put a crown of thorns on His head and a reed in his right hand, kneeling before him, they mocked Jesus, saying: “Hail, King of the Jews!"

What they didn't know is that they —along with all creation, will bow down to Him again, to "The King of kings and Lord of lords". When that time comes, it will not matter what your opinion of Jesus is anymore, the Bible states:

"That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" Phil 2:10-11

After the Rapture when Jesus takes His Church, He will return at the end of 7 years ( at the end of the 7-year tribulation). This visible coming will compel everyone to acknowledge that Jesus is The Lord. There will be no room for doubt, debate, or question when Jesus comes for the second time, as His true identity will be undeniable to everyone.

These verses proclaim that "those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth" will bow before Jesus and acknowledge Him as Lord.

"Those in heaven" refers to the heavenly and angelic beings, "those on earth" refers to humanity, and "those under the earth" likely refers to demonic beings.

Essentially, this part of the verse emphasizes that every being will bow before Jesus, going as far as to mention beings that are beyond human. It is important to clarify that these verses don't imply that all individuals will be saved. On the contrary, it tells us clearly that even those who have chosen not to accept Jesus as their Savior will eventually kneel before Him and recognize His true identity.

Although there are people of every generation who have doubted who Jesus was, or rejected the Gospel message, when Jesus returns, there will be no disputing who Jesus is. No one will be able to deny who Jesus is once he returns. Therefore, every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that Jesus is indeed the Lord of all.

For those who rejected the Gospel and did not accept Jesus as their Savior – those we consider non-believers – this will be a moment where they will face the reality of who Jesus is. It will be a moment when they realize their grave error in not choosing to repent and turn to Jesus. It will be the incredibly terrific moment when they realize they were wrong about who Jesus is - just like those Roman soldiers who mocked Jesus!

On that day before the Great White Throne, everyone who is not morally perfect and has rejected the free gift of salvation in Christ will be cast into hell, which is the lake of fire. Rev 20:13

NOW is the day of salvation! It's time to get saved! Jesus is coming for His Church!

Believe Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins, He was buried and resurrected during the third day, according to the Scriptures, so we can have eternal life with Him.

The moment you believe in Him and that He died for your sins - you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready! The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you - He will help you, guide you, change you, and be with you FOREVER!

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
